Entourage is pleased to welcome Aycin Genc and Tim Cargan to the company. Mrs. Genc and Mr. Cargan represent Entourage as Project Consultants in MedTech.

Entourage, a personnel and management consultancy based in Munich and Basel, is expanding its portfolio of highly qualified project consultants with the addition of Aycin Genc and Tim Cargan.
Aycin Genc studied Bachelor and Master Biology Plus International at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. During her professional career, Ms. Genc worked as Validation Specialist and Quality Assurance Manager. Her responsibilities included ensuring compliance with SOPs according to ISO 13485 MDD. Aycin Genc supports Entourage as Project Consultant.
Tim Cargan completed his Bachelor and Master in Medical Engineering. During his professional career, he has worked in the development of diagnostic radar systems, conducting DoE and PFMEAs, and preparing specifications for medical devices, among other things. Tim Cargan supports Entourage as Project Consultant.

Aycin Genc studied Bachelor and Master Biology Plus International at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
During her professional career, Ms. Genc worked as Validation Specialist and Quality Assurance Manager. Her responsibilities included ensuring compliance with SOPs according to ISO 13485 MDD. In addition, Ms. Genc was responsible for internal and external audits, CAPAs, batch record reviews and documentation of medical devices and developed and performed process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), risk analysis (FMEA) and test method validation.

Short Profile Tim Cargan.

Tim Cargan received his bachelor’s degree in medical technology from the Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences and his master’s degree in medical technology from the University of Stuttgart.
During his professional career, Mr. Cargan has worked in the development of radar systems in diagnostics, the execution of DoE and PFMEAs and the preparation of specifications for medical devices. In addition, Mr. Cargan has knowledge of biomedical materials and process engineering as well as prosthetics. Furthermore, he has experience in process development and the TÜV certificates as QMB, QMF and as Safety Expert Active Medical Devices.
