Ihre Aufgaben
  • Responsible for Quality Management and Quality Assurance at the manufacturing site in Braunschweig, Germany
  • Interact both vertically and horizontally in a way that commands both personal respect and mission acceptance and possess the ability and interpersonal skills to influence across the organization
  • Promote the PPI process that includes Daily Standard Work with a continuous disciplined focus on error and waste reduction
  • Communicate customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the effective documentation and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to assure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements
  • Maintain Corrective Action System to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and drive problem solving activities to identify and correct root cause(s)
  • Lead investigation, closure, and tracking of customer complaints.
  • Act as a change agent for improvement initiatives
Ihr Anforderungsprofil
  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in an appropriate degree in combination with comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes is required. A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Bio-Medical or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in progressive roles with manufacturing companies producing medical products, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Regulatory experience in International Standards ISO-9001, ISO-13485: and 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Quality Systems Regulation (QSR).
  • Experience in world class Quality practices including LEAN Leadership, Root Cause Analysis, Preventive action deployment and quality function tools.
  • Experience with strategic supplier development in support of reducing approved supplier base while improving supplier quality of products produced.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communications skills. Experience in leading teams in the implementation of quality systems that resultin reduced cost, cycle times, with improved performance
  • Effective presentation skills communicating on issues such as Quality Plans and Quality Management Systems, performance metrics,and improvement systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to travel (domestic and international) up to 30%
