Entourage, a management and HR consultancy based in Munich and Basel, is expanding its cadre of highly qualified project consultants with the addition of Thomas Koblizek, who holds a PhD in biochemistry.
Dr Koblizek studied biochemistry at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and received his PhD from the Max Planck Institute for Physiological and Clinical Research. He has 20+ years of experience in the life science industry and is an expert in the field of medical devices, IVDs and combination products. He has also worked in regulatory affairs, quality management and quality assurance.

Dr Thomas Koblizek studied biochemistry at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and completed his doctorate at the Max Planck Institute for Physiological and Clinical Research in Bad Nauheim.
Dr Koblizek has 20+ years of experience in the development of laboratory products, medicinal products and medical devices as well as their quality assurance and in quality management. During his professional career, Dr. Koblizek has held positions including Head of Research and Development, Head of Laboratory and Director Regulator Affairs & Quality Assurance. The core competences of the quality expert include manufacturing and release documentation according to FDA requirements, the validation of processes and methods as well as the construction and qualification of production facilities (IQ, OQ, PQ). He is also experienced in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation according to MDD and MDR (Class I-III) and in quality management according to ISO 13485.
